Services
There are a few ways to work together — depending on where you are and what you need. Here's what's available.
1. Introductory Consultation
Free . 15 Minutes Introductory Consultation
If you're not quite sure yet, this is the place to start. A brief, no-pressure conversation to understand what's going on and see if this feels like the right kind of support for you. You're welcome to share your situation, ask questions, and get a sense of how I work. I'll also explain what working together can look like, whether that's a one-time session or ongoing support.
What this call is:
A space to talk things through
A chance to get your bearings
An opportunity to see if this feels like a good fit
What this call is not:
A medical assessment
A full clarity session
Urgent or emergency support
No pressure, no commitment—just a place to start.
2. Clarity Session
$125 . 60 Minutes Clarity Session
When you're not sure what to do next or trying to make sense of medical information, this sessions gives you a place to slow down, think things through, and get clear on your next steps.
You don't need to have everything organized. You don't need to know the 'right' questions. You can just come as you are and we'll work through it together.
THIS SESSION CAN HELP WHEN:
You’re not sure where to start
You want to communicate more clearly with your providers
You’re supporting a parent or loved one
You feel stuck and need space to think things through
You need help understanding medical language or recommendations
You're trying to figure out what matters most right now
You’re navigating a hospital stay or recent diagnosis
IN THIS SESSION WE:
01
Understand what's going on
We look at your situation together and make sense of it in clear, simple language.
02
Connect the Dots
We identify patterns, gaps, and what may need attention.
03
Clarify what matters most
We focus on what's important right now so you're not trying to manage everything at once.
04
Choose the next step
We decide what to do next in a way that feels realistic and manageable for you.
You'll leave with more clarity, a better understanding of your situation, and a clear sense of what to do next.
3. Clarity Continuum
Limited Availability . Ongoing Support
Some situations aren't resolved in a single session. This offers a steady place to think through over time so you don't have to carry all the decisions, details, and next steps on your own.
WITH ONGOING SUPPORT, WE CAN
Review medical information in a clear, practical way
Prepare for appointments and talk through what to expect
Make sense of what providers say—and what it means for you
Think through decisions before they feel urgent
Look ahead and plan for what's coming next
Navigate transitions like hospitalizations or a new diagnosis
Stay grounded with regular check-ins
Reach out between sessions when questions come up
THIS MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF:
You're managing a parent's or loved one's care
You're navigating a complex or ongoing medical situation
You're in the middle of a transition (hospital, recovery, new diagnosis)
You want consistent support as things evolve
This service is offered on a limited basis. We can talk through whether it makes sense for your situation during your consultation.
I keep a small number of sliding-scale spots available. If cost is a concern, we can talk through options during your consultation.
